The Pattern Club Affiliate Terms
These terms apply to The Pattern Club’s member and partner affiliate programme.
Offer and commission
- Monthly starts with a 3-day trial and is then $7.99 per month. Yearly starts with a 3-day trial and is then $78 per year ($6.50 per month). Lifetime is a one-time initial payment of $325 with $0 recurring payments.
- Affiliates start at 20% commission for their first 5 approved paid membership referrals.
- After 5 approved referrals, the rate becomes 25% for future qualifying referrals. After 15 approved referrals, the rate becomes 30% for future qualifying referrals.
- Higher rates are not applied retroactively. If an approved referral is later reversed or refunded, the qualifying referral count and tier may be adjusted.
- At the starting 20% rate and before a discount, commission is approximately $1.60 for Monthly, $15.60 for Yearly or $65 for Lifetime.
- The free trial, $0 orders, failed payments, later renewals and unrelated products do not earn commission.
- Commission is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes, shipping and non-membership items.
- There is no cap on the number of valid referrals or total affiliate earnings.
Attribution
- Referral attribution lasts 30 days.
- An affiliate coupon takes precedence over a referral-link cookie.
- One affiliate can receive credit for each qualifying new payer.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion and artificial transactions are not allowed.
Refunds and payouts
Commissions remain pending until reviewed. Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions may be reversed. Payouts are handled separately from tracking and require verified payout details.
Disclosure and privacy
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn commission. Tracking uses a 30-day referral cookie and pseudonymous identifiers for attribution and fraud prevention. Do not include personal customer information in campaign links.
