No we do not currently offer a trial period. However, we do offer a FREE membership. You’ll receive five free cross stitch patterns and a 25% discount on ALL the cross stitch patterns in The Pattern Library! This gives you a chance to have a look around before joining!

Yes, you can upgrade your membership via your Your Subscriptions by clicking the Upgrade button under Subscription Total.

You cannot downgrade your membership. If you wish to change your billing schedule please cancel and rejoin. Keep in mind that any legacy pricing from when you first joined will be cancelled.

You will automatically have access to the members-only content after logging in to your account.

Payment

We accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards.

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew. If you wish to cancel please do so before the renewal date. When you cancel you will still have access to your membership until the end of your billing cycle.

After a failed payment our system will automatically retry five (5) times over 7 days. If the payment is not completed by the end of those 7 days your membership will be terminated.

There are no hidden fees. Only previous Stitch Along patterns are not included in The Pattern Club but as a member you get a 50% discount on the SAL pattern price!

You will automatically have access to the members-only content after logging in to your account.

Depending on your country of residence, you may have to pay taxes on online purchases. The tax (if applicable) is automatically calculated and will be paid to the respective VAT Authorities.

No, you cannot freeze or pause your membership.

Cancelling

Yes, you can quit and rejoin at any time. Patterns downloaded during your membership will remain available in your account. Keep in mind that access to new content is restricted after canceling and that any legacy pricing from when you first joined will be canceled as well.

Content

A new cross stitch pattern is posted every day unless there is a Stitch Along. There are typically between 3 and 4 Stitch Alongs per year. We also add new collections of patterns and projects throughout the year!

The Pattern Club offers groups with different themes to interact with other cross stitchers. These themed groups can be about anything so you can find the perfect community for you! We also offer direct messaging on our platform so you can connect with other stitchers from all over the world!

Retired Stitch Alongs are not included in your Pattern Club Membership. You do, however, get a significant discount while logged into your account. You can get the SAL patterns from the Members Only Shop.

Please use the search bar to find what you are looking for. We currently do not offer custom patterns but you can always add your requests to the community pattern wishlist!

Add the patterns you want to download to your cart. Click on your cart at the top right to add all the selected patterns from your basket to your account. You only have to provide your e-mail (make sure it’s the same as you signed up with).

Loyalty

You are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program when you sign up. You will start earning Stitches immediately.

You can earn Stitches by signing up for a membership, making purchases, referring friends, or engaging in specific activities defined by the program. You will also earn Stitches for every year that you are a member as well as on your Birthday!

Yes, Stitches are redeemable for discounts on future purchases of Patterns and can be used in the Members Only Shop or to pay for your subscription.

Technical

If you are checking the box for Remember Me but it is not working please check the following. Check to be sure that your browser is set to allow third-party cookies and that it is not set to delete your history and cookies every time you close the browser.

If you are using Chrome please try the following steps:

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click More Settings. Autofill.
  • Click Password Manager. Add.
  • Enter a website, username, and password.
  • Click Save.
