The story of Stitchonominis

I started designing tiny motifs more than ten years ago because I loved showing something recognizable with as few stitches as possible. Small shapes and simple details quickly became my favorite way to create.

I have always stitched in short moments throughout the day, and working small kept it fun and manageable. That habit shaped the way I design and pushed me toward tiny building blocks.

Stitchonominis grew from that idea. They are small patterns that stand on their own but also connect to form scenes and layouts. Everything follows one pixel grid, so pieces from different months always fit together.

The minis keep things light and creative. As the collection grows each month, you build a library of houses, animals, frames, and seasonal elements you can use in your own way.

Yes. You can mix minis from any SAL or past project as long as they follow the grid. They will align with the Stitchonominis system.
